Common use of Complaints of Alleged Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Complaints of Alleged Discrimination. The Contractor shall promptly investigate all complaints of alleged discrimination made to the Contractor in connection with its obligations under this contract, shall attempt to resolve such complaints, and shall take appropriate corrective action within a reasonable time. If the investigation indicates that the discrimination may affect persons other than the complainant, corrective action shall include such other persons. Upon completion of each investigation, the Contractor shall inform every complainant of all available avenues of appeal.
