COMPLAINTS/LAW SUITS. AGENCY or AGENT will promptly report directly to MGA any complaints, claims, losses and lawsuits brought to its attention and agrees to cooperate fully with MGA and CARRIERS, as applicable, at no cost to MGA or CARRIERS to facilitate reporting, investigation and adjustment of any complaint and any claim when and as requested. AGENCY or AGENT has no authority to adjust, settle, or pay claims or losses of MGA or CARRIERS, and will not attempt to represent or bind MGA or CARRIERS in connection with the adjustment, settlement, or payment of any claim or loss.
