Complaint Step. An employee who considers has a grievance, shall first it with his immediate supervisor. Failing a satisfactory response from his supervisor within two working days or agreed to extension, the shall proceed to Step I. Any decision reached at this step will be without precedent or prejudice.

Complaint Step. An employee who considers he/she has a grievance, shall first discuss it with his his/her immediate supervisor. Failing a satisfactory response from his supervisor his/her supervisor, within two (2) working days or agreed to extension, the grievor shall proceed to Step I. Any decision reached at this step will be without precedent or prejudice.
