Common use of Competitive Supplier Clause in Contracts

Competitive Supplier. An entity duly authorized to conduct business in the State of New York as an energy service company (“ESCO”) that procures electric power for Eligible Consumers in connection with this CCA Program.

Competitive Supplier. An entity duly authorized to conduct business in the State of New York as an energy service company (“ESCO”) that procures electric power for Eligible Consumers Customers in connection with this CCA Program.

Competitive Supplier. An entity duly authorized to conduct entitydulyauthorized toconduct business in the State of inthe Stateof New York as an energy service company (“ESCO”) that procures electric power for Eligible Consumers Customers in connection with this CCA Program.

Competitive Supplier. An entity duly authorized to conduct business in the State of New York as an energy service company (“ESCO”) that procures electric power for Eligible Consumers Bundled Customers in connection with this CCA Program.
