Competent Authorities. The authorities of the Parties responsible for the implementation of the measures set out in this Chapter are described in Appendix II. In accordance with Article 41, the Parties shall keep each other informed in due time of any significant changes in the competent authorities listed in Appendix II. The EPA Committee shall adopt any necessary amendments to Appendix II.
