Common use of Compensations Clause in Contracts

Compensations. Party B shall indemnify and hold Party A harmless from and against any losses, damage, obligations and expenses incurred or arising from the contents of the technical consulting and services that Party B requires Party A to provide, or resulting from any litigations, claims or other requests filed against Party A.

Party B shall indemnify and hold Party A harmless from and against any losses, damagedamages, obligations and liabilities or expenses incurred suffered by Party A as a result of any lawsuits, demands or arising from other claims against Party A in connection with the contents of the technical consulting consultancy and services that Party B requires provided by Party A to provideupon Party B’s request, unless such losses, damages, liabilities or resulting from any litigations, claims expenses are incurred as a result of Party A’s gross negligence or other requests filed against Party A.intentional misconduct.
