Compensation Table. The City will compensate the Consultant for providing the services and deliverables set forth in Attachment A in accordance with this Compensation Table. The Consultant’s and Major Subconsultant’s compensation depends on the classification of their employees as either Onsite Staff or Offsite Staff. For purposes of determining an employee’s classification, the Program Management Office (“PMO”) shall be the San Xxxx Santa Xxxxx Regional Wastewater Facility (RWF) located at 000 Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX, 00000. An employee shall be classified as “Onsite Staff” for an Approved Service Order if that employee is assigned to the RWF CIP (Program) and based full-time at the PMO during the term of the Approved Service Order. All other Consultant and Major Subconsultant employees shall be classified as “Offsite Staff” during the term of the Approved Service Order.
