Compensation; Reimbursement of Expenses. SEI shall pay the Sub- Administrator for the services to be provided by the Sub-Administrator under this Agreement in accordance with, and in the manner set forth in, Schedule A hereto. In addition, SEI agrees to reimburse the Sub-Administrator for the Sub-Administrator's reasonable out-of-pocket expenses in providing services hereunder.
