Common use of Compensation Rate Clause in Contracts

Compensation Rate. As compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided, and expenses paid and any expense waived or assumed and reimbursed by the Sub-Administrator, the Administrator shall pay the Sub-Administrator a fee per Portfolio: (i) at the annual rate of .07% of the average daily assets of each Portfolio with respect to $2.5 billion of the total average daily net assets of the Fund; and (ii) at the annual rate of .025% of the average daily net assets of each Portfolios with respect to the total average daily net assets of the Fund in excess of $2.5
