Compensation Rate. Compensation for overtime work will be at either a) one and one‐half (1½) times the regular straight time rate, or b) Compensatory Time Off (CTO) at one and one‐half (1½) times the hours worked, at the request of the employee. Calculation of overtime is only based upon hours worked.
Compensation Rate. As compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided, and expenses paid and any expense waived or assumed and reimbursed by the Administrator, the Fund shall pay the Administrator a fee per Portfolio at the annual rate of .15% of the average daily net assets of each Portfolio.
Compensation Rate. An employee scheduled for on-call duty shall be compensated at the rate of one (1) hour of base pay for each five (5) hours in on-call duty status. On-call hours shall not be considered hours worked for any purposes other than the payment provided herein, and no overtime payment shall be made for such on-call hours.
Compensation Rate. Salary continuance benefits shall be paid at the rate of pay the employee earned on the last workday before an absence due to illness, injury or other disability. No change in the rate of pay shall be made while an employee is on salary continuance. An employee may use accumulated annual leave to supplement the salary continuance hours, but in no instance shall the total number of hours exceed the hours normally associated with the employee’s base salary.
Compensation Rate. As compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided, and expenses paid and any expense waived or assumed and reimbursed by the Sub-Administrator, the Administrator shall pay the Sub-Administrator a fee per Portfolio: (i) at the annual rate of .07% of the average daily assets of each Portfolio with respect to $2.5 billion of the total average daily net assets of the Fund; and (ii) at the annual rate of .025% of the average daily net assets of each Portfolios with respect to the total average daily net assets of the Fund in excess of $2.5
Compensation Rate. 3.6.1 The City shall also notify the Union on a monthly basis regarding employee status changes for employees who have transferred into a bargaining unit position and any employees who are no longer in the bargaining unit.
Compensation Rate. In compensation for the services provided to the Administrator and the Company, the Administrator agrees to pay the Sub-Administrator a fee as set forth in Schedule B.
Compensation Rate. An employee who is called back to work shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours at the premium rate of pay of one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee’s straight rate of pay. After two (2) hours of work in each call-back instance, the employee will be compensated at the appropriate rate of pay for time worked. An employee may elect in writing, in lieu of cash payment and without supervisory approval, to deposit the premium portion (½ x) of callback hours worked in the employee’s compensatory time bank, consistent with the provisions of Section 9.1.5.
Compensation Rate. The Trust on behalf of the Fund shall pay the Investment Manager, as compensation for all services rendered, facilities provided, and expenses waived or assumed and reimbursed by the Investment Manager pursuant to this Agreement, annual fees as specified on Schedule A hereto.
Compensation Rate. An employee who has been granted sabbatical leave shall receive one-half (1/2) the regular salary the employee would have received during the period of the leave if he/she had continued his/her regular service during such period.
