Common use of Compensation of Trustee Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Trustee. The Trustee agrees that it shall have no right against the Noteholders or, except as provided in Section 3.6(a), the property of the Issuer, for any fee as compensation for its services hereunder. The Issuer shall pay to the Trustee from time to time such compensation as is agreed in writing between the two parties. The priority of such compensation shall be subject to Section 3.6(a).

In no event shall the Trustee from time be obligated to time such compensation as is agreed advance its own funds in writing between the two parties.
