Dates of Payment. The compensation payable ---------------- to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.1 shall be in accordance with Schedule A or, if Schedule A is no longer in force, at such other times as -------- - -------- - the Trustee may determine.
Dates of Payment. The compensation payable to each Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.1 shall be paid monthly or at such other times as the Trustees may determine.

For teachers who have submitted a timely notice of retirement under Section 16.3.6 above, retirement incentive pay will be paid in two equal payments, one within 60 days of retirement and the other on the first payday in January of the calendar year following retirement. Teachers who submit an untimely notice of retirement under Section 16.3.6 above will be eligible for retirement incentive pay under the retirement incentive pay cap for the following school year and, subject to the retirement incentive pay cap, will be paid in full on the first payday in January of the calendar year following retirement.
Dates of Payment. The compensation payable to each Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Section 6.1 shall be paid for the time period set forth in Schedule C attached hereto to the extent identified as applicable to that Trustee or at such other times as the Trustee may determine.
