Compensation of the Trustee. (a) Each Depositor, and each person surrendering Shares for the purpose of withdrawing Trust Property, shall pay to the Trustee a fee of $500.00 per Purchase Order pursuant to Section 2.5 or Redemption Order pursuant to Section 2.7 or surrender of Shares after termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 8.2(e).
