Common use of Compensation of Manager Clause in Contracts

Compensation of Manager. (a) Except as agreed to by the Members, the Manager shall not receive compensation in consideration of the performance of the duties and responsibilities of the Manager. However, the Manager shall be reimbursed for all costs and expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Except as otherwise provided herein, neither the Manager nor any other Member shall be entitled to a fee for services to the Company in its capacity as a Member.
