Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off. When a holiday falls on a scheduled day off, an employee shall be granted equivalent time off without loss of pay. If an employee is on vacation leave and a day of paid holiday falls within that period, the paid holiday shall not count as vacation.
