COMPENSATION AND PAYMENTS. The Consultant's Compensation shall not exceed $0.00 and shall be computed as the sum of Basic Services, Additional Services and Reimbursable Expenses, as shown below. Basic Services Fee () $0.00 For the purposes of this Agreement, the Basic Services Fee is the prime Consultant’s fee, even if Subconsultants provide some “basic services”. When procurement is by the Professional Services Prequalification List, the sum of the prime Consultant’s fee plus the Subconsultant’s fees shown in the table in 1.1.2 below shall total not more than $25,000 for the entire project and a majority of the fee amount shall be allocated to the prime Consultant.
