Compensation and Expenses of Plan Administrator. Employees of the Employer shall serve without compensation for services as Plan Administrator, but all expenses of the Plan Administrator shall be paid by the Employer or in accordance with Section 9.2. Such expenses shall include any expenses incidental to the functioning of the Plan, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, accounting and clerical charges, and other costs of administering the Plan. Non-Employee Plan Administrators shall receive such compensation as the Employer shall determine.
