Common use of Compassionate Visitation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Compassionate Visitation Benefit. (due to Your death)We will reimburse Your legal representative for reasonable travel and hotel accommodation expenses incurred by a relative or friend to assist in the burial or cremation arrangements in the locality of Your death due to an Accident or Illness whilst on the Trip and no adult member of Your Family was with You. Only Benefit 2.3 or 2.5 is payable for any one event.
