Company Waivers. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, Borrower and each Subsidiary Bank Guarantor, if any, hereby waive presentment and demand for payment, protest, notice of intention to accelerate, notice of acceleration, and notice of protest and nonpayment, and agree that their respective liability with respect to the Obligations (or any part thereof) shall not be affected by any renewal or extension in the time of payment of the Obligations (or any part thereof), by any indulgence, or by any release or change in any security for the payment of the Obligations (or any part thereof).
