Common use of Company Closing Certificate Clause in Contracts

Company Closing Certificate. The Company shall have furnished Parent with a certificate dated as of the date of the Acceptance Time signed on its behalf by its Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer to the effect that the conditions set forth in clauses (c) and (d) above have been satisfied.

Company Closing Certificate. The Company shall have furnished Parent with delivered to Parent, at or prior to the Closing, a certificate signed on behalf of Company by an executive officer of Company and dated as of the date of the Acceptance Time signed on its behalf by its Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer Closing Date, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the effect Parent, certifying that the conditions set forth in clauses Section 6.02(a), (b), (c) ), and (d) above have been satisfied.

Company Closing Certificate. The Company shall have furnished delivered to Parent with a certificate certificate, signed by an executive officer of the Company and dated as of the date of the Acceptance Time signed on its behalf by its Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer Closing Date, certifying as to the effect that the conditions matters set forth in clauses (cSection 7.1(c), Section 7.3(a), Section 7.3(b), Section 7.3(c) and Section 7.3(e) (d) above have been satisfiedthe “Company Closing Certificate”).

Company Closing Certificate. The Company shall have furnished Parent with delivered to Parent, at or prior to the Closing, a certificate signed on behalf of Company by an executive officer of Company and dated as of the date of the Acceptance Time signed on its behalf by its Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer Closing Date, in a form reasonably satisfactory to the effect Parent, certifying that the conditions set forth in clauses Section 6.02(a), (b) and (c) and (d) above have been satisfied.

The Company shall have furnished Parent with a certificate dated as of the date of the Acceptance Time Closing Date signed on its behalf by its Chief Executive Officer or Chief Financial Officer to the effect that the conditions set forth in clauses (ca), (b) and (dc) above have been satisfied.
