Commuting. (a) The Commission shall actively participate in environmentally sustainable employee transit programs which encourage employees to use public transit, cycling and/or to carpool to their worksites. (b) The Commission and the Union agree that there shall be no change in parking regulations and policies except by mutual agreement of the parties. (c) As needed, the Article 28 Joint Committee shall study the matter of employee parking and make recommendations to the parties.
