Common use of Commuting Clause in Contracts

Commuting. It must be safe to travel and move around the workplace. When assessing re- placement work, the impact of sickness or accident on commuting must also be taken into account. Safe movement must be ensured at the workplace in the event of illness or disability resulting in reduced mobility or impediments. Replacement work can be agreed to be remote work. The employer and employee may agree on the compensation of any addi- tional travel costs for carrying out replacement work.
