Common use of Commuting Clause in Contracts

Commuting. (a) The Employer shall actively participate in environmentally sustainable employee transit programs which encourage employees to use public transit and/or to carpool to their worksites. (b) The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no change in parking regulations and policies except by mutual agreement of the parties.
