Common use of Community Workshop Clause in Contracts

Community Workshop. Consultant will conduct a 1-day community workshop to facilitate consensus building on a selected Fours Corners Design Plan and present the primary components of the CRA Plan Update. City staff will assist with facilitation and administration of the Community Workshop. Consultant will prepare and submit draft of the CRA Plan Update to the City for review and comment. The Update will only address capital improvements within the CRA and any applicable land use, zoning, design and architectural guidelines or recommendations contained in the documents listed in Task 2. A meeting will be held with City staff to discuss comments on the draft. Consultant will present the Draft Plan to the CRA Board/City Council to receive feedback and comments. Consultant will revise the draft Plan based on CRA Board/City Council and staff input. One meeting will be held with City staff to determine the appropriate revisions. The revised plan will be submitted for the final adoption process. City will send required legal notice to all taxing authorities and run notice in local newspaper announcing the final Plan Update adoption hearing. Consultant will prepare the notice. Task 9: Final Adoption of CRA Plan Update by CRA Board and City Council‌ Consultant will present Final Plan to CRA Board and Council members for adoption.
