You also give us and other companies working on our behalf to service your Account your express consent to make informational, servicing and collection calls and text messages to any phone number you provide while you have an Account with us or any number you have called us from, including calls to mobile phones that could result in usage charges to you. You also agree that we and other companies working on our behalf to service your Account may make calls concerning your Account by using an automatic telephone dialer and leave pre-recorded voice messages. If you give us an email address, you also consent to our contacting you by email. To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, we may deliver communications by electronic means if you have agreed to electronic notices, rather than by mail or other means.
