Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.
Services and Information for Persons with Limited English Proficiency A. Grantee shall take reasonable steps to provide services and information both orally and in writing, in appropriate languages other than English, to ensure that persons with limited English proficiency are effectively informed and can have meaningful access to programs, benefits and activities. Information and Technical Advice At the request of a Party, or upon its own initiative, the arbitration panel may obtain information from any source, including the Parties involved in the dispute, which it deems appropriate for the arbitration procedure. The arbitration panel also has the right to seek the opinion of experts as it deems appropriate. Any information obtained in this manner must be disclosed to each of the Parties and submitted for their comments. Interested parties are authorised to submit amicus curiae briefs to the arbitration panel in accordance with the rules of procedure.
Transactions with Affiliates Directly or indirectly enter into or permit to exist any material transaction with any Affiliate of Borrower, except for transactions that are in the ordinary course of Borrower’s business, upon fair and reasonable terms that are no less favorable to Borrower than would be obtained in an arm’s length transaction with a non-affiliated Person.
Meetings with Management The Shop Xxxxxxx will be allowed release time during working hours, without loss of pay or leave credits, to meet with management only when the Superintendent of Highways or Town Supervisor has requested the meeting.
