COMMUNICATION WITH YOU. To improve customer service and security, you agree that telephone calls with you may be monitored and/or recorded. By using your Account or keeping your Account open, you give us your express consent to make informational and servicing telephone calls and text messages to any phone number you provide to us while you have an Account with us, including mobile phones and devices that could result in a charge to you. You also agree that we may make calls concerning your Account to any phone number you provide to us by using an automatic telephone dialer and may use pre-recorded voice messages. Our contact to you may include contact from companies working on our behalf to service your Account. You may contact us at any time to update your contact information.

  • Communication with Accountants Each Credit Party executing this Agreement authorizes (a) Agent and (b) so long as an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, each Lender, to communicate directly with its independent certified public accountants, including Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxx of Texas, PC, and authorizes and shall instruct those accountants and advisors to communicate to Agent and each Lender information relating to any Credit Party with respect to the business, results of operations and financial condition of any Credit Party.
