Communication and Problem Solving. When a Union representative identifies an issue or dispute in the workplace that is related to the parties' relationship under this CBA, they will interact / communicate with the appropriate EBCHR manager at the earliest practicable time to help the parties resolve the problem(s) at the lowest possible level.
