COMMUNICATION ALLOWANCE. A monthly allowance per District policy may be paid to a teacher to have a cellular phone available for school business. The allowance is to pay expenses for the purchase and maintenance of a phone and monthly charges. Teachers required to have a cell phone are to give their cellular phone numbers to their office and to the District Office Staff. They are required to have their cellular phone with them when away from their district building during district hours, or at district related events.

COMMUNICATION ALLOWANCE. The District shall provide the Superintendent with an allowance in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per month for the purpose of a cellular telephone account and service. The Superintendent shall maintain a personal account for cellular telephone service and shall not open an account in the name of the District. (b) the service provider for the Employee's personal iPad and/or mobile phone is Telstra or another service provider agreed between the Company and the Employee.
28.2 The Company will:
(a) pay to the Employee a communication allowance of $100 per month for the use of the Employee's personal iPad and/or mobile phone for the Company's business purposes within Australia; and
(b) reimburse the Employee for reasonable costs incurred by the Employee for the use of the Employee's personal iPad and/or mobile phone for the Company's business purposes outside Australia, provided the Employee provides the Company with adequate proof of the costs incurred.
