Common use of Committee Clause in Contracts

Committee. (a) There shall be a committee to address the planning of professional development initiatives for nurses as described in Article 9.01. This committee shall include representatives of the Hospital, one of whom shall be the Chief Nursing Officer or designate and another, a Human Resources representative; and of the Union, one of whom shall be the Bargaining Unit President or designate.
