Committee Persons. (a) The Union may designate three (3) employees as committee-persons. Additional committee- persons may be designated by mutual agreement.

Where Company locations are geographically separated the Union may designate a committee- person for that location providing that there are more than four (4) bargaining unit employees at said location.
