COMMITMENT TO THE AGREEMENT. a) The parties undertake that for the life of this agreement, there shall be no further wage increase sought, or granted, except for those granted under the terms of this agreement. b) This agreement shall not operate to cause any Employee to be worse off. No Employee shall suffer a reduction in their wage rate as a result of this agreement.
