Commissioning Phase. A. Engineer shall: 1. Assist PCCA in connection with the adjusting of Specific Project equipment and systems. 2. Assist PCCA in training PCCA's staff to operate and maintain Specific Project equipment and systems. 3. Prepare operation and maintenance manuals. 4. Assist PCCA in developing procedures for (a) control of the operation and maintenance of Specific Project equipment and systems, and (b) related record- keeping. 5. Prepare and furnish to PCCA, in the format agreed to, Record Drawings showing appropriate record information based on Project annotated record documents received from Contractor.
