Common use of Commercialization Reporting Clause in Contracts

Commercialization Reporting. Every year within [***] days of the anniversary of the Effective Date after Regulatory Approval is granted on a particular Licensed Product, ProNAi shall provide a written report to Marina and the Parties shall meet by teleconference to discuss the efforts and progress of the Commercialization program on such Licensed Product in the Field of Use during the previous year, including a summary of marketing results. The information communicated in such reports and at such meetings shall be deemed to be ProNAi’s Confidential Information.
