Commercialization Manufacturing Sample Clauses

Commercialization Manufacturing. (a) Pfizer shall itself, or through its Affiliates or sublicensees, on a Pfizer Program by Pfizer Program basis, use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to Commercialize the Pfizer Product(s) resulting from each Pfizer Program in each country in the Territory for which it receives Regulatory Approval. Pfizer will undertake such activities at its sole expense. (b) In the event that Pfizer seeks to engage any third party to provide manufacturing services in support of Development or Commercialization of any Pfizer Compound or Pfizer Product, then, Pfizer agrees to consider, in good faith, entering into negotiations with Wave for a manufacturing services agreement.
