Common use of Commercial General Liability Clause in Contracts

Commercial General Liability. insurance covering claims for bodily injury, death, personal injury or property damage occurring or arising out of the use or occupancy of the premises, including coverage for independent contractor's protection (required if any work will be subcontracted), premises-operations, products and/or completed operations and contractual liability with respect to the liability assumed by each Party hereunder. The limits of insurance shall not be less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) each occurrence and two million dollars ($2,000,000) general aggregate limit.
