Commercial Automobile Liability Coverage. Subcontractor shall be responsible for obtaining and furnishing, at its sole expense, a commercial automobile liability insurance policy (“Automobile Policy”) in the form of ISO Form CA 0001 0306 or an equivalent form acceptable to Contractor, covering bodily injury or death and damage to property for all vehicles used in the course of the Work, including owned, non-owned and hired vehicles, having a minimum Policy Limit of no less than $500,000.00 per occurrence.
