Commencement of Warranties. Applicable warranties required by the Contract Documents shall commence on the date of Substantial Completion of each Deliverable Portion of Work unless otherwise set forth in a Certificate of Substantial Completion. Contractor will collect all written guaranties, warranties, and equipment manuals, and deliver them to Owner upon Substantial Completion of each Deliverable Portion of Work.
