Combined Asset Value. For purposes of this Section, the valuation of development activity shall be (i) with respect to the Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries, the sum of construction in progress (or similar accounts) and that portion of land currently under development as reflected on the Borrower's balance sheet, and (ii) with respect to Minority Holdings, the product of the Borrower's investment in such Minority Holding as reflected on the Borrower's balance sheet, and a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of construction in progress (or similar accounts) and that portion of land currently under development as reflected on such Minority Holding's balance sheet, and the denominator of which is total assets as reflected on such Minority Holding's balance sheet.
