ColumbiaGrid General Record-Keeping. ColumbiaGrid shall keep such financial, operational, and other records for its performance and obligations under this Agreement as may be necessary for the efficient operation of ColumbiaGrid and, except as necessary to protect Confidential Information and CEII, shall make such records available upon request for inspection by the Planning Parties. ColumbiaGrid shall comply with the then current record-retention policy of the Commission.
