You acknowledge and agree that Verifone may collect and use technical and usage data and related information in connection with your use of the Products and Services, including, without limitation, information about payment transactions, which data is gathered by Verifone for data analytics and optimization, to facilitate the provision of Products and Services, to provide updates, support and other services related to the relevant Products and Services, to improve Verifone’s Products and Services, and for other lawful purposes. This Section shall survive any expiration or termination of these Terms and Conditions.
