COLLECTION AND USE OF CUSTOMER DATA. The PEPPOL AP Provider shall not collect or save any of its customer's data, information, business documents or its content for any other purpose than what is necessary in order to carry out the performance of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement. If the use of any of such information is needed to provide further services to the customer (e.g. transformation, archiving), the PEPPOL AP Provider shall specifically inform about this in the agreement between itself and the PEPPOL Participants that it services.
