Collaborator. COLLABORATOR shall fund all of its activities under this Master Agreement, and in addition, COLLABORATOR agrees to reimburse ARL to the extent provided in this paragraph and in the JWS. COLLABORATOR certifies that all funds provided under this Master Agreement either used by COLLABORATOR to perform its activities under this Master Agreement or transferred from COLLABORATOR to ARL are not from an existing U.S. Government funding agreement.
