Common use of Collaborative Meetings Clause in Contracts

Collaborative Meetings. Administration or Management representatives from Independent Contractor and Head Start Program will meet a minimum quarterly or two times per year as a team to assure quality or services and compliance with the regulations specified above. If the team notes any non-compliance with applicable regulations, he team will develop a written action plan with timelines to correct the non-compliances.
