Collaborative Activities. 5.5.1. The Innovation Hub may conduct and/or par- ticipate in Collaborative Activities which may be internal and comprise only Parties, or be external and be conduct- ed with third parties. Should any of the Parties propose a Collaborative Activity, such proposition shall be consid- ered by the Project Board at a meeting. 5.5.2. Should the Project Board decide in favour of the initial proposition, the Managing Party shall be assigned to lead the assessment, discussions and negotiations with the relevant Parties and/or third parties. The Managing Party may be assisted by one or more of the Parties. 5.5.3. For the sole purpose of the facilitating the dis- cussions and negotiations, the Managing Party shall be permitted to disclose Confidential Information to the leading party or parties of the proposed collaboration. Collaborative Activity. Prior to the disclosure, said party shall have signed a confidentiality agreement pertaining to such information, not less strict than the provisions contained in this Agreement, and the disclosure shall be as limited as possible.
