Common use of Code Review Clause in Contracts

Code Review. The Design-Builder shall submit the Permit Set to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs in order to obtain the necessary building permits for the Project. The Design-Builder shall monitor the permit process and shall incorporate any changes or adjustments required by the Code Official.
