Common use of COBRA and Cal-COBRA Clause in Contracts

COBRA and Cal-COBRA. The following provisions are applicable only when the Contractholder is subject to Title X. of the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act [COBRA] as amended or the California Continuation Benefits Replacement Act [Cal- COBRA].
