Associated Employers. Employees of the following listed Employers associated with the Employer as subsidiaries or affiliates are eligible for Benefits in accord with this Contract.   • Employer The term “Employer” means the Company and/or any subsidiary of the Company that employed the Executive immediately prior to the Effective Date.
