Closeout Documentation. Closeout Documentation shall have a value in the preliminary schedule of not less than 5%. The value for Closeout Documentation shall be in addition to and shall not be a part of the Contract retention. Closeout Documentation shall include the following, without limitation: 23.2.2.4.1. A full set of final As-Built Drawings, as further defined herein. 23.2.2.4.2. All Operations & Maintenance Manuals and information, as further defined herein.
