Closeout Documentation. In the event that Licensee engages Crown Castle to perform any Work for Licensee pursuant to Section 2.4 above, Licensor shall provide or cause Crown Castle to provide to Licensee all Closeout Documentation with respect to such Work within forty-five (45) days after completion of the Work. In the event that Licensee does not engage Crown Castle to perform any Work for Licensee and Licensee engages a contractor approved by Crown Castle to perform the Work pursuant to Section 2.4 above, Licensee shall provide to Licensor all Closeout Documentation with respect to such Work within forty-five (45) days after completion of the Work.
